A hard day in the office and a quiet drive home was suddenly diverted when I caught a glimpse of the sky in my mirror. I was a little outside of Rye near the military canal so I pulled over where I could and went for a walk in the fields along side of the canal. I tried a few locations but nothing stood out to me as much as this one as the sun was disappearing behind the town. There was so much to see only a panoramic would have done it justice so I set up and waiting for the right moment where the sun was about to disappear and the land scape was almost glowing orange. It really makes me think of the summer and walks in the country.
Using Acrylic means it is ready to hand and your eye is left to explore the vista without the distraction or boxing in from a frame. Light is almost drawn in to the acrylic and gives a crystal clear view of all the detail. If you love Rye this is a must as a centre piece to any room.
